Description: Helen Campbell grew up in Spokane's Browne's Addition, married William Weaver Powell in June 1917, and raised three sons in Spokane. William Powell owned and operated regional lumber mills, including interests in Nelson, British Columbia. Spokane artist, F. Enid Stoddard, drew this 1947 portrait of Helen Powell (1892-1964).
