Physical Description: Buff color paper adhered to larger white piece of paper. Sailor figure on right side outlined in black. The lapel of his sailor suit has the word "HEART" inscribed on it in red paint. The mouse figure in in red, has human female legs and wears roller skates and a tutu. She hands a red heart and a black heart toward the sailor at the level of his mouth with her right hand and holds a red gift box with bow and the word "OF" on white on the box in her left hand. The word "WORKS" appears in black lettering inside a "think" cloud above and to the left of the sailors head. On the reverse a sketch of a sailor and a woman embracing. The words "works of heart" appear associated with this image. There is a green field of color slashed across the image.
