Description: | Colorful yarn ties and a maroon border brighten up this practical piece made of wool. It is attributed to Susan Arnst (1842-1928) and was probably made around 1900 for her grandson, Henry Arnst (1900-1927). Susan and her husband, Henry Jacob Arnst, homesteaded near Ritzville during the early 20th century. |
