Physical Description: | Monogrammed sterling silver coffee service with an overall floral motif. The handle on the coffee pot is white celluloid and the coffee pot appears to be missing its finial. Includes a coffee pot (a), a sugar bowl (b), and a creamer (c). |
Description: | Louis and Verus Davenport and their son Lewis all had an eye for acquiring beautiful decorative arts. In 1987 Lewis bequeathed over 125 family pieces to this museum, along with funds to preserve them and to create expanded museum galleries. |
