Physical Description: | Sixteen blue-and-white blocks alternate with plain white blocks in this quilt There is both an inner and an outer border made of small blue and white right triangles. The quilting is done in several different feather designs. |
Description: | This quilt is attributed to Sarah Chambers, who must have been a skilled needleworker. Sarah used both piecing and appliqué to make the quilt blocks and then finished it with beautiful feather quilting designs. The quilt was probably made in Ohio. |
