Physical Description: Olive drab uniform consisting of a Jacket (A), a skirt (B), a hat (C), and three ties (D-F); the Jacket (A) has four buttons down the front, four pockets with two buttons on the two breast pockets, two U.S. pins at the collar, two nurse buttons at the collar below the U.S. pins, two pins (1 silver and 1 gold) at each shoulder, and two military stripes above the proper left breast pocket. On the proper left shoulder there is a blue patch with a red arrow and 12 white stars. The Skirt (B) is olive drab wool with a zipper and two button closures on the side. The Hat (C) is billed with a large gold military pin above the brim. One of the Ties (D) is pre tied and has wire for attaching to the shirt. The other two Ties (E - F) are untied tan linen.
