What is the scope of the catalog?

If you require a more extensive search of the museum's collection, please contact the us at archives@northwestmuseum.org. For more information about the scope of the MAC's collection, click here.

Who do I contact with questions about collection items?

Contact the museum's Research Library and Archives at archives@northwestmuseum.org or (509) 456-3931. Your question may be routed to our Collections Department or a subject curator for reply.

What does the term "Participant" mean?

The term "Participant" is used to group together named persons, organizations, and culture groups. If you are a librarian, you might think of this category as the name authority file. The purpose of grouping together these names under one category is to improve the return of all records linked to one name.

This option searches the Object Type, Title, Participants, Category, and Exhibition Name fields.
