| Biography/History: | Oregon-based artist Hugh Webb creates paintings and drawings that celebrate the landscape of the Pacific Northwest. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Utah and a Master of Fine arts degree from the University of Oregon in 1969.
