| Biography/History: | Elliot Ors was born in Flushing, N.Y. on June 26, 1904. He studied at Grand Central Art School with George Ennis, Charles Hawthorne, George Luks, and others. He recieved several awards and exhibited several one-man shows, including Balzac Gallery in 1932, Macbeth Gallery in 1936, Kleeman Gallery in 1941, Babcock Gallery in 1948, and Muson Gallery in 1961, among others. |
