Title: | Triple Irish Chain Quilt |
Object Type: | Quilt |
Participants: | |
Physical Description: | Red and white squares form the pattern of this quilt. There is a white border. The squares are 1 5/8 inches wide and form a checkerboard of crisscrosses on the quilt. Each corner has red and white squares in a checkerboard pattern, as well. The pattern is indented about 3 1/2 inches on each side. The binding is red. |
Description: | Red binding frames this quilt. Unfortunately, we don't know who patiently pieced all the red and white squares together to form the design, which is often called "Triple Irish Chain." |
