Physical Description: | Duncan Phyfe style round mahogany table with for apron drawers on a turned pedestal. Top of table is inlaid leather with pressed edge and worn gilt trim. |
Description: | For the Campbell's family and guest bedrooms, decorator William Otis chose the Colonial Revival style, with its white painted woodwork and soothing pastel wall and ceiling papers. To fill the large "yellow" guest bedroom, he selected an expensive Axminster carpet and a suite of mahogany furniture. This small mahogany table may have been used as a tea table in this room. |
