Physical Description: Black plastic frames with pearlized white outsite corners and a metal decorative shape in the white areas. The arms are also pearlized white on the half nearest to the hinges and there are metal decorative shapes in the corner by the hinges.
Description: Spokane optometrist Oscar T. Sapp (1886-1985) practiced in several downtown locations from about 1917 until retirement around 1975. He worked as a lens and prism grinder, managed Spokane Optical Co., and later ran a private practice in the Peyton Building. After his death, his daughter donated the contents of his office, including a hanging Visual Acuity Chart of coated linen and a rolling cabinet of 1950s eyeglass frames.
