Physical Description: Black plastic sample frame with no lenses. The frames have rhinestones inset across the top and metal inlaid on the corners.
Description: Spokane optometrist Oscar T. Sapp (1886-1985) practiced in several downtown locations from about 1917 until retirement around 1975. He worked as a lens and prism grinder, managed Spokane Optical Co., and later ran a private practice in the Peyton Building. After his death, his daughter donated the contents of his office, including a hanging Visual Acuity Chart of coated linen and a rolling cabinet of 1950s eyeglass frames.
