Physical Description: Hexagon-shaped pieces of solid and print fabrics are arranged to form multi-colored "flowers" in this quilt. The hexagons in the center of each "flower" are yellow, and the individual "flowers" are separated by pink hexagons. The piece is hand quilted. The edge is hand stitched.
Description: The unknown maker of this quilt may have used a kit to make her version of "Grandmother's Flower Garden", a very popular pattern during the 1920s and 1930s. Kits to make them were widely available.
