Physical Description: Grey cotton uniform dress with short sleeves and white collar and cuffs. Collar and cuffs are edged with rick-rack. Shank pearl buttons run from neck to hem. There is a small breast pocket and a patch pocket on the skirt. 2 aprons are included with the dress.
Description: A maid working for Mrs. August Paulsen most likely wore this uniform. The Paulsens lived at 245 E. 13th until 1929, when they moved into the penthouse of the new Paulsen Medical and Dental Building, constructed on Riverside Avenue in downtown Spokane after August Paulsen's death.
