Physical Description: Painted and leaded glass window ornament. Painted nude male child holding a bowl of fruit (grapes and strawberries). The child has ringlets and painted features. There are two wire hangers on top.
Description: A grand new Davenport Hotel opened next door to Davenport's Restaurant in 1914. Also managed by Louis Davenport, the hotel incorporated the former restaurant spaces and gained national recognition for its quality service. Countless community, corporate, and personal events were held there until its closure in 1985 and subsequent restoration and re-opening in 2001.
