Physical Description: | Infant's bonnet. Three-part construction. Back circle gathered into tiny pleats for fit. Center section plain. Front section joined by scalloped seam. Inset back and front center with mechlin lace. Front has rows of drawn thread and novelty weave cotton (or loose satin-stitch embroidery). Undersection in front, and entire bonnet, edged in Valenciennes lace. White silk ties under chin. Bits of blue cotton inside center back. |
