Description: | Manufactured sacks made of cotton cloth were commonly used as flour packaging from the late 1800s to the 1960s. By 1900, when Spokane Flour Mills began operations, Spokane was said to be the seventh largest milling center in the United States. The company delivered flour all over the world before closing in 1970. |
