Description: Following its opening in 1890, Davenport's Restaurant was a popular Spokane gathering place, updated in 1904 with a Mission Revival exterior and ornate interiors. By 1906, plans were afoot for a grand new Davenport Hotel, which opened in 1914 and incorporated the restaurant spaces.
