Inside the border on a "scroll" is lettered "..IF ONE OF SPOKANE'S EARLIER RESIDENTS WERE TO RETURN FOR A SCENIC PADDLE DOWN THE RIVER..." The Indian's response is "HEAP BIG CHANGE SINCE I WAS HERE LAST--UGH!!."
