Physical Description: | Silver-plate bun warmer (a) with sliding dome top, celluloid button handle and four legs. There are two removable inner trays, the lower solid tray (C) and the upper slotted tray (B). |
Description: | Louis and Verus Davenport and their son Lewis all had an eye for acquiring beautiful decorative arts. In 1987 Lewis bequeathed over 125 family pieces to this museum, along with funds to preserve them and to create expanded museum galleries. |
