Description: | In 1898 the Campbells contracted Cleveland interior decorator William Otis to specify furnishings for their new Spokane home. Otis selected high-quality wallpapers, floor coverings, window treatments, and major furnishings typical of those found in the homes of wealthy late 19th century families. The Campbell's front entry hall featured the gothic revival style including tapestries, carved ceiling beams and furniture, and decorative armor above the front entry door. |
